As your Online Marketing Assistant I will collaborate with your web, multimedia, or art design staffs to create multimedia websites and email marketing campaigns that conform to brand and company visual format. Review or update web page content or links in a timely manner, using appropriate tools. Cross post your website promotions to your social media accounts and more.

As your Email Marketing Specialist I will perform day-to-day email marketing activities including, but not limited to, email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns. Troubleshooting technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation and other aspects of email execution, as required. I follow current email marketing best practices with coding, design and testing of email campaigns and CANSPAM compliance.

Prepare or organize online storefront marketing material, including product descriptions or subject lines, optimizing content to search engine criteria. Upload digital media, such as photos, video, or scanned images to online storefront, auction sites, or other shopping Websites.

As your Customer Service Representative I will correspond with online customers via electronic mail, telephone, or other electronic messaging to address questions or complaints about products, policies, or shipping methods. Transfer digital media to customers via the Internet. Create or maintain database of customer or subscriber accounts. 

As your Website Monitor I will communicate with Server Administrators to determine sources of web page or server problems, and take action to correct such problems & monitor systems for intrusions or denial of service attacks, and report security breaches to appropriate personnel. Inform website users of problems, problem resolutions or application changes and updates.
